Im mad I forgot about this bc when me and my friends watched my 11 characters the mood saibot was scorpion and sub zero brother but I had a felling he wasnt.

 

I would love to see Daffy Duck in Kombat pack 2. I remember when Mortal Kombat first came out, everyone thought Scorpion was the bad guy in the feud. The more it keeps coming out, seems that Sub-Zero is the bad guy and Scorpion never really was. A few seconds later, we hear: Toasty. “Finish Him” Raiden: I must consult with the elder gods.

 

We have here the same story, more or less, but with the liberties that animation gives to the writers, plus the Scorpion plot integrated. That means more characters, more action, more fan service, and a bit more story too.
And it is perfect. The animation quality is off the charts. I love the designs, but that depends on the viewer. The bloody battles, the humor, the fast pace, the craziness. Everything works.
I guess some voice actors are better than others (Sony and Shang Tsung are kind of weak, Scorpion and Cage great, the rest more than fine. The score is good but not awesome, and the dialogue is what you can expect (serviceable to advance the story and not much more than that. What this movie does is this: I want more animated Mortal Kombat movies, and I'm desperate to see if they can translate this level of passion for the IP to the live action movies. I can't conceive how a fan wouldn't like it. I don't know about non fans.

Please do not pay attention to that useless IGN review that gave this brilliant movie a 6/10 and called it just ok. This movie is spectacular and its rated R just the way a Mortal Kombat movie should be. Please pretty please watch this and appreciate it. What are you a stalker, have you been following me for my whole life. The game was better. From beginning to the end of the movie it's hell of action and adventure! We definitely need a sequel for this.

This why reptile was my favorite. In the movie, he didn't need any gimmicks, just got straight to giving the main character the ass whooping of a lifetime straight up hands only loss cuz the movie needed him too. I love that this story feels like the personal revenge aspect is front and center and tge end of the world stuff is secondary. I feel more invested that way.
